Learnmore has vast experience gained from working in Government and private sector before joining ZESA at corporate planning level. At the formation of Zimbabwe Electricity Regulatory Commission (ZERC), he was seconded from ZESA to spearhead the functionalization of that institution and start regulating the electricity sector. He then joined ZERA at its formation and is involved in economic regulation of the energy sector covering energy prices determination, licensing, sector performance monitoring and enforcement of energy sector laws, regulations and conditions of operation.
